“This place is a small piece of heaven! Great service from all staff right from the very beginning. Before arrival - Comms were timely and accurate and helpful. The meals provided were great (especially the Oxtail stew! 😋) and delivered to your individual lodge. The situation of the lodge is beautiful - wherever you look the scenery transfixes you. “We had a great stay at Moorcroft for two nights. Couple of tips: 1) Exit at Howick off N3 as the roads are paved, 2) Bring rain gear as it rained quite a bit when we were there, 3) Aim to arrive before sunset as it gets quite dark on the roads, 4) The kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m. and there aren’t too many options nearby.
